You have not replied to two letters from me, the second one sent certified mail almost a month ago.

The first letter asked for a copy of your latest annual report. If the annual report is a PDF file, then e-mailing it as an attachment would be fine, even preferable. Otherwise please mail me a printed copy.

The second letter asked the exact name of the Common Trust Fund and the identity of the registry of probate where it was filed per M.G.L. c. 203A.

Were the requests unreasonable? Remember, tens of millions of dollars are involved. Please either reply or give some justification for your secrecy.
